The Clean Image preinstallation service is designed with the end user in mind.
The operating system is fully updated and optimized so that the device is ready for use immediately upon startup. Clean Image is significantly faster and more user friendly than the manufacturer’s default factory installation, as all unnecessary applications that consume system resources have been removed.

• Trial versions of manufacturer preinstalled software have been removed.
• Manufacturer installed utilities have been configured so they do not disturb the user.
• The latest Windows security updates are installed.
• The latest driver and firmware updates from the manufacturer are installed.
• The device boots directly to the Windows desktop.
• Operating system: Windows 11 Professional.
• Installed operating system language: US-English and Lithuanian language.

The target lead time for preinstallation services is 2–4 business days. Actual lead time may vary based on the scope of the service and the size of the order.

The service fee does not include the cost of the Windows license. If the computer is supplied with a valid OEM Microsoft Windows license, no additional licensing costs apply. If the device is not supplied with an OEM license, a separately purchased Microsoft Windows license must be provided when ordering this service.
