It assures high transmittance and highly smooth surface that avoids unnecessary reflection. The frame is constructed from Brass using highly accurate brass milling and with thickness of only 3,5mm, which make this ultra thin filter to fit perfect even on super wide angle lenses to avoid vignetting.
