This service includes one hardware configuration change or the upgrade of a single component within one personal computer or notebook. All work is performed during a single device case opening session.
This service does not cover the installation or configuration of servers or storage systems.
The service does not include operating system restoration in cases where the storage drive (HDD or SSD) is replaced.
Note: To order a storage drive replacement together with restoration of the preinstalled operating system, Sales must use service P/N SC-ALL-HW-DSKCHOS
